Aloha and welcome to The Firm Pilates Studio in Kahala, Honolulu, Hawaii.  We specialize in teaching fun challenging and efficient Pilates sessions and classes in our fully-equipped studio.  Classes are only for those with prior reformer experience and require instructor approval.  In May, we will be accepting new clients for private and semi-private sessions.  Beginners and those new to our studio must take private sessions.    Please email us with your desired days and times for appointments.  We respond to emails ASAP, but rarely answer the phone.  Please review the studio policies prior to arriving at the studio.  Mahalo.
